-  All prices include VAT (22% or 8%)
-  If living outside EU you might have to pay customs for your order. The amount depends on where you live and what you have ordered. For more information contact your nearest customs office
-  We only sell official merchandise products
-  YOU CAN ONLY PAY WITH CREDIT CARD (VISA OR MASTERCARD)

-  Product prices does not include shipping costs
-  Choose your shipping cost by selecting delivery location
-  Shipping cost European Union 8,00€
-  Shipping cost Other Countries 12,00€
 
DELIVERY TIME
 
-  Your order will be packed and shipped within a week
-  Delivery time is longer during the holiday seasons
-  Please note that economy delivery is especially slow to the USA, South America and France
 
PROBLEMS WITH THE PRODUCT
 
-  We won’t ship broken or faulty products, but if for some reason you’ll get a broken or faulty product we’ll change it to a proper one without any costs for you. (Check: Returning/Changing the Product)
 
RETURNING/CHANGING THE PRODUCT
 
-  If you notice there is something wrong with ordered products and you want to return/change something, send it/them to the address below
-  Include a return form with your delivery number, e-mail, name, address information and reason for returning the product. Also tell if you want us to send you a new product or if you want to get your money back
-  Returns have to be done within 14 days after receiving
-  Please note, returning your money requires that the product is whole and there are no marks of usage Expect, if the product has been already broken or faulty when you got it
